1/4 cup reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
0.5 tsp. onion powder
Dash of worcestershire sauce
Six slices whole-wheat bread
About 15 thin slices of yellow onion
About 15 thin slices of red tomatoes
About 1/2 a standard cucumber, sliced thin
Any other various toppings, such as spinach or sprouts

- For the spread, combine all ingredients and mix to a thick consistency that can easily be spread on the bread. If it’s not thick enough, add a bit more sour cream.
- Spread the spread on both sides of the bread. Layer thinly sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers on one side. Place any extra toppings on the other side. Complete the sandwich! 🙂
- Serve with fresh fruit or whole grain chips! Enjoy!
